HOW IT WORKS
Digital file is an instant download PDF template. Files are available immediately to download after purchase. Download link can be found in order email, order receipt page, and “My Account” page if logged in. The files are NOT emailed.
HOW TO EDIT AND PERSONALIZE YOUR INVITATION, CARD, FAVOR TAG, CUPCAKE TOPPER, OR BAG TOPPER
1. OPEN THE PDF TEMPLATES IN ADOBE READER
Files will ONLY work in Adobe Reader! Download it for FREE at Adobe Reader
MAC users need to open files directly from Adobe Reader and NOT Preview.
2. PERSONALIZE YOUR FILES
With your file open in Adobe Reader, simply type over the sample text. Save any changes you make. You cannot change graphics, background, fonts, or the position and size of the editable fields.
3. CHOOSE YOUR PAPER
All designs are formatted to print on US Letter (8.5 x 11) size paper but also print perfectly on A4 paper. We recommend printing on 110lb white card stock. Favor tags can be turned into stickers by printing on full sheet sticker paper. Cut out round tags using scissors or use a 2″ circle punch.
4. SEND YOUR FILES VIA EMAIL
Email your personalized invitations and cards or post to social media. Remember to convert to jpeg first – In acrobat choose File/Export To/Image/JPEG and save.
5. PRINT YOUR FILES
Colors can vary depending on your monitor, printer & or paper stock used. For example, gold does not sparkle on paper.
Make sure your print settings are set to print at actual size or 100%.
Print at home as a pdf or convert to jpeg (In acrobat choose File/Export To/Image/JPEG and save) to print at your print shop (ex: Staples, Office Depot, Kinkos, Fedex Copy Center). You can also use a photo lab such as Walgreens, Target, Walmart, or Sam’s Club, and have it developed as a 5″x7″ photograph.
Affordable laser printing services are available at Staples, FedEx, Office Depot, or your local print shop. They can provide you with white card stock so you don’t have to buy your own. They can even cut invitations and thank you cards out for you for a small fee.
At this time we DO NOT print invitations.
